Recipe: Sausage-Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 6 oz long grain wild rice
- 4 oz mushroom pieces
- 2 small chopped onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 T butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook rice according to package directions.
- In a heavy skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until thoroughly done, about 4-5 minutes.
- Drain and combine all ingredients except butter and pour into casserole dish. Dot top with butter. Bake until bubbly, about 25 minutes.
